• Development of an Online Knowledge Centre gathering knowledge, good practices and updated information on the provision of person-centred inclusive support services in all project languages
  • Organisation of Inclusive Training Courses on Person-Centred Planning and Practice in Croatia, Denmark, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia & Spain
  • Organisation of Policy Seminar called "Putting citizens at the centre of politics" by Inclusion Europe ON 19 November 2015 at the European Parliament
  • Development of a research report to increase the evidence base of the sustainability of Online Knowledge Centre's curriculum and other project activities
  • Organisation of a series of conferences by New Paths for Inclusion Network and workshops in Vienna. Participants could discuss person-centred planning and meet many activists and change-makers
  • Development of the European Multiplication Course – an inclusive training addressing the three keys to inclusion
  • Undertaking of learning journeys to look at innovative examples of achieving community inclusion in Europe
  • Supporting organisations on their way to becoming more person-centred organisations
  • Publication of a Best Practice Handbook on Inclusive Training & Learning
  • Development of the final report public part reflecting on the three-year project and process of discovery and creation of new ways that services for people with disabilities are organised and the kind of personal and organisational learning is needed to effectively facilitate this process
  • Creation of National Networks in the participating countries and continued cooperation and exchange at European level
